Had a rather wet walk this morning from Wiseman's Bridge up the valley to Grove Colliery with our U3A Walking Group. The stream was in flood with lots of muddy water gushing along and we all made good use of our wet weather gear and boots. The only member who didn't care was Rupert the retreiver. He finished up in the sea for a good wash afterwards to get rid of the mud. We all finished up in the pub for tea, coffee, beer and paninis!

Trip to Cornwall
Godrevy Lighthouse looking serene with the waves crashing all around her. Quite a dull day and not many people about.

More Walking!
This time we walked, with members of Tenby U3A, from South Beach Car Park across the beach and up the hillside to Giltar Point, returning alongside the golf course and the rifle range. The tide was far out, the weather was warm (ish!) and the vast South Beach was extremely busy with walkers making the most of the much fairer weather than we have had of late. We all finished up in the Upper Crust cafe for a bite to eat and a 'bit of a chat'.
