Aspire Channel Swim

Thank you to everyone who supported me in my 'Channel Swim' to raise money for Aspire - the charity that helps people with spinal injuries. I have now sent them a cheque for £220.

Although I have not yet returned to swimming since then - partly held up by all the snow and ice and then Christmas and New Year - I most certainly plan to do so. I felt so much fitter while I was doing the swim and may even have lost a little bit of weight!
