Tenby

Beautiful, scenic skies over Town Beach at Tenby today.

Although it looks deserted, there were a lot of folk making the most of the glorious sunshine that kept coming from behind the clouds and a small child was having her first paddle in the pools left by the outgoing tide. We went for a pub lunch afterwards. A lovely morning!

Picton Castle Gardens

After all the wintry weather we have been (and still are) having, it is good to see that spring is just beginning to show her face in the Gardens. We met with members of the Garden Club and the Head Gardener, Roddy, for a walk around to see what was coming to life.

Witch hazel.

A beautiful clump of extra large snowdrops that are only found in Picton Gardens.

The skeletal remains of last summer's hydrangeas.

Some Recent Local Walks

We went walking with some visiting friends to Freshwater East, Lydstep Head
and Castlemartin recently.
